Magali has a degree in Psychological and Pedagogical Sciences (Université de Mons).
After a career as department head for Metro group, she joined Mailleux and Associates in April 2014.
As Head of Operations Magali coordinates the back-office and the accountants.
Furthermore, Magali's expertise in the area's of retail and organizational psychology is also very helpful to our staff when preparing our " tailor made " interventions.
During our 4 STEPS BLENDED APPROACH sessions, Magali supports the E-facilitators by acting as their producer in the Adobe Connect Virtual Classroom.
