Sophie André-Dumont has a University Degree and a DES in Psychological and Pedagogical Sciences (UCL & ULB) with a specialization in Learning and Development.
She started her career by working as a psychologist in hospitals and in a school for students with learning disabilities. She worked then as a job coach during 6 years, helping people to value their potential and to identify their knowledge, skills and qualities via collective trainings and individual coaching.
Sophie continues working as a trainer and coach on topics such as interpersonal effectiveness, people management, influencing skills, time & stress management,… in many public and private companies.
At the same time, she strengthens her education by attending trainings.
Sophie is passionate about people and loves to help them reach their full potential. During trainings, they appreciate her dynamic spirit, enthusiasm, her social skills and the feedbacks she gives with empathy and relevance.
