In moments where team members are often spread out around the globe in different countries and time zones, in moments where physical meetings and one on one’s are sometimes compromised, the lack of regular and well balanced feedback might consequently disturb a team’s cohesion and efficiency.
 
The Mailleux and Associates team has been studying, working and adapting the Feedback topic since the creation of the organisation in 1991.
Our trainers had the opportunity to accompany over 3000 people on this topic all over Europe, in Asia, in the Middle East and the U.S.A.
The Mailleux & Associates Art of Feedback workshop proposes a mixture of state of art tools and exercises, allowing both Team Leaders and Team Members to correctly give and receive feedback to/from each other. 
 
As a consequence of the Covid pandemic early 2020, the art of feedback class is now also available in our Virtual Classroom.

  • Better understand the emotional reactions and human aspects linked to giving or receiving feedback.
