4 STEPS BLENDED APPROACH ON THE ART OF FEEDBACK
Who are the people that need or expect feedback from you at work? Do you provide them with well structured and useful feedback?
Whether you are a team leader or a team member - mastering the art of feedback is an essential skill for all individuals who want to create efficient and collaborative relationships.
In moments where team members are often spread out around the globe in different countries and time zones, in moments where physical meetings and one on one’s are sometimes compromised, the lack of regular and well balanced feedback might consequently disturb a team’s cohesion and efficiency.
The Mailleux and Associates team has been studying, working and adapting the Feedback topic since the creation of the organisation in 1991.
Our trainers had the opportunity to accompany over 3000 people on this topic all over Europe, in Asia, in the Middle East and the U.S.A.
The Mailleux & Associates Art of Feedback workshop proposes a mixture of state of art tools and exercises, allowing both Team Leaders and Team Members to correctly give and receive feedback to/from each other.
As a consequence of the Covid pandemic early 2020, the art of feedback class is now also available in our Virtual Classroom.
We now proudly present a 4 Steps Blended Approach (4SBA) on The art of feedback
In order to grant the quality of this sensitive and complex topic, the 4SBA track on The art of Feedback is exclusively organised using powerful Adobe Connect software.
After the session - participants are able to :
- Set and discuss correct goals that allow all parties involved to get it right the first time instead of having to correct mistakes later on.
- Improve performance and well being by applying the basic rules for a compliment or constructive criticism.
- Understand what is meant active listening.
- Use techniques that structure feedback on results and on behaviour.
- Practice the above mentioned techniques through role-plays and peer to peer coaching activities in our live or in our virtual classrooms.
- Better understand the emotional reactions and human aspects linked to giving or receiving feedback.
The 4SBA journey on The art of Feedback combines an online Prework, tailor made E-Facilitation modules and personalized sparring moments with one of our certified matter experts and offers the possibility to organise an energising Bootcamp at the end of the journey.
